An independent certification practice, owned and operated in South East Queensland.
One point of contact, experienced auditors and certificates issued through a JAS-ANZ accredited conformity assessment body.
Certification managed by people who know your file.
Certify Hub is based in Brisbane and services companies nationally and internationally. Four things define how we work.
Service
Every client has one central point of contact. Your Practice Manager manages your certification and your audits from the first quote through to your certificate and every surveillance visit after it. You always know who to call, and the person who answers already knows your business, your history and where your certification stands. Scheduling, questions and audit logistics all run through the same desk, so nothing is lost between conversations.
Practical expertise
Audit findings are grounded in 30 years of industry experience across our team. Our auditors have worked across several industries and know how management systems perform under real operating conditions. Every finding is written so you can act on it, and every audit is run with the practical and commercial benefits of certification in view. The result is an audit program that strengthens the business as well as certifying it.
Understanding
We take the time to understand how your business runs before we audit it. The standard sets the requirements, but how they apply depends on what you do, where you operate and how your work moves day to day. Audits shaped around that reality produce findings your team recognises and can act on, and a management system your people actually use.
Continuity
The same auditor returns each year. They already know your system, your sites and your people, so each surveillance audit builds on the last one. You spend less time re-explaining the business and more time improving it, and your auditor can see how the system has matured since the previous visit. Over a full certification cycle that continuity adds up to better audits and a stronger system.

A certificate buyers and tender panels can verify.
Certificates are issued by Equal Assurance, an independent conformity assessment body accredited by JAS-ANZ. When your Stage 2 audit is complete, Equal Assurance issues your Certificate of Confidence and your company is listed on the JAS-ANZ register.
Independent decisions
Certify Hub audits are conducted for certification decisions made by Equal Assurance, a conformity assessment body independent of our practice. The separation between the auditors who assess you and the body that certifies you keeps every decision impartial.
JAS-ANZ accreditation
Equal Assurance is accredited by JAS-ANZ. Accreditation means the certification body itself is assessed and held to standard, so the certificate it issues is recognised by buyers, regulators and tender panels in Australia and internationally.
On the public register
Every company certified through this process appears on the JAS-ANZ register. Anyone assessing your tender can look your certification up and verify it directly.
